Tata Technologies Ltd. in Pune is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Shared Services Specialist with 3–8 years of experience to centralize support for Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Operations, Maintenance and Launch teams.

You will manage documentation, SAP master data, Power BI reporting, APQP/PPAP control, and data governance across manufacturing systems. The role also covers SAP data validation, MRO analysis, BOM/routing updates, and driving continuous improvement through TPM/PM

Formación

• 3-8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on with SAP data, BOMs, routings and work centers.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI for KPI reporting.
• Experience with APQP/PPAP documentation control and launch readiness.
• Knowledge of MRO management, TPM/PM activities, and Change Management.
• Strong documentation discipline, revision control and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Manufacturing Documentation & Data Management including WI, SOPs and checklists.
• APQP/PPAP support ensuring alignment with process flows and PFMEA.
• Maintain SAP master data: BOMs, routings, work centers and production data.
• PM/TPM support and SAP maintenance records, schedules and audits.
• MRO administration including inventory analysis and disposition actions.
• Purchase & tooling support and changes through MOC workflows.

Position - Manufacturing Engineering Shared Services Specialist

Position Summary

Manufacturing Engineering Shared Services Specialist will provide centralized support for Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Operations, Maintenance, and Launch Teams through documentation management, SAP master data administration, Power BI reporting support, APQP/PPAP documentation control, and manufacturing data governance.

The role will be responsible for maintaining manufacturing documentation, supporting launch readiness, managing SAP transactions, asset tracking, MRO analysis, BOM and Routing updates, and ensuring data accuracy across manufacturing systems.

The position requires strong knowledge of Manufacturing Documentation, APQP/PPAP, SAP, Advanced Excel, Power BI, MRO Management, TPM/PM activities, Engineering Change Management, and Continuous Improvement processes.

1. Manufacturing Documentation & Data Management (50%)

Manufacturing Documentation

• Create and maintain:
  • Work Instructions (WI)
