Role Definition

Provides technical expertise necessary to design all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing engineering activities for the Paint Line. Lead Design, installation, and optimization of New / existing Paint Line processes and equipment. Manage day-to-day PQVC performance and resolve operational issues. Develop and improve paint and post-paint trim processes, tooling, and standards. Create, update and release all the APQP / PMD documents for Paint line Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization, efficiency, and productivity

Desired Qualifications

University or technical school degree in a Manufacturing Engineering-related degree; Thorough knowledge of manufacturing and industrial engineering concepts; and Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills Good knowledge of Transmission / Gearbox Assembly , Testing and its operation.
