Job summary

TGG Research in India seeks a hands-on production technician to execute batch manufacturing of Ayurvedic and herbal formulations following approved SOPs and BMRs. You will operate and maintain extraction, distillation, and processing equipment, ensuring consistency on the production floor.

You will monitor critical process parameters to safeguard quality and yield, maintain batch and stock documentation in line with AYUSH/FSSAI/GMP requirements, coordinate with QC for checks, support formulation

• Execute batch manufacturing of Ayurvedic and herbal formulations per approved SOPs and BMRs
• Operate and maintain extraction, distillation, and processing equipment for medicinal/herbal materials
• Monitor critical process parameters to ensure product quality and yield
• Maintain accurate production, batch, and stock documentation in line with AYUSH/FSSAI/GMP requirements
• Coordinate with QC team for in-process and finished product checks
• Support formulation trials for new cosmetic, herbal, and honey-based products
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance on the production floor
