Job summary

Botanic Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking a QA/QC professional to ensure GMP compliance across the manufacturing spectrum. You will prepare and maintain quality SOPs, review critical records, and support audits and regulatory programs.

The role requires a strong background in Chemistry or Pharma with relevant regulatory exposure and a focus on continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Based in Telangana, this is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry is required.
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm is required.
• Background in Biotechnology or Microbiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, ISO, FSSAI and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review and maintain SOPs and quality-related documents.
• Review BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPR (Batch Packaging Records).
• Perform line clearance and in-process quality checks.
• Handle deviations, CAPA and change control.
• Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
• Investigate quality-related complaints and identify root causes.
• Review and approve validation protocols and reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and document control.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D and Regulatory Affairs departments.
• Ensure GMP implementation throughout manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Support for regulatory inspections and continuous improvement programs.
