Job summary

Neuland in Hyderabad is seeking a production specialist to operate and monitor API manufacturing processes in line with cGMP, safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role ensures timely batch completion and maintains accurate documentation across BMRs and logbooks.

• Execute API manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Monitor and control chemical reactions, process parameters, and equipment operations.
• Handle reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and other production equipment.
• Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Perform charging of raw materials and maintain proper production documentation.
• Record process data accurately in logbooks and batch records.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Engineering, and Warehouse departments.
• Identify process deviations and report them to supervisors for corrective actions.
• Ensure housekeeping and maintain 5S standards in the production area.
• Participate in process validation, technology transfer, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support investigations related to deviations, incidents, and customer complaints.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times.
