Job summary

Wipro is seeking entry-level candidates to join the Total Benefit Administration (TBA) testing team in Gurugram. You will configure and test the TBA System to align with client needs and use proprietary tools to set up tables and parameters per technical specs.

You will design test cases, prepare test data, and perform validation testing under guidance from the Solutions Architect, gaining hands-on experience with HR systems and complex configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Fresher with batch 2024/2025/2026.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• You'll use proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables and parameters within the TBA System following technical specifications
• You will design test cases and prepare test data for validation activities
• You will carry out testing work under guidance from the Solutions Architect

• Learning to set up complex system configurations that support employee benefits and HR operations
• Validating system behavior through structured testing methodologies
• Collaborating with senior team members to ensure configurations meet client needs
