Role Overview

As a Manual & Automation Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. You will be responsible for executing both manual and automated test processes, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with the development team to deliver exceptional applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manual Testing

• Execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Log and manage bugs effectively using tools like Jira or similar.
• Review and understand software requirements and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

2. Automation Testing

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and TestNG.
• Configure and manage test environments.
• Analyze test reports and provide actionable insights on product stability and performance.

3. General

• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in testing methodologies and tools.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Proficiency in test case creation, bug reporting, and defect tracking.
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
