Job summary

Standard Chartered in Bengaluru seeks a Manager-level data analytics professional to lead BAU with data-driven components. You will work with the Scorecard team to manage scorecard data, seasonal changes, and requirements, and provide analyses with actionable recommendations for implementation.

The role requires strong data understanding, stakeholder management, and banking knowledge in retail and wealth segments, with hybrid working options around home and office locations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Python and SAS/SQL.
• Experience with data analytics platforms and BI tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or CoPilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Manage BAU with strong technical and data driven components
• Work with Scorecard team and proficient in managing scorecard data , seasonal changes and requirements
• Provide compilation of analysis and results in presentation format, complete with timely and actionable recommendations for implementation
• Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area.
• Ensure team members utilize consultative techniques for assessing process improvement opportunities within the organization through dialogue with operational leaders and team members
