Evalueserve, Inc. is seeking an AI Workflow Architect / Applied AI Lead in Mumbai with 6–10 years of experience to design, orchestrate, and govern complex AI-driven workflows.

The role focuses on agentic systems, multi-step reasoning, prompt and system architecture, and quality control across AI-native platforms. You will lead enterprise-grade AI solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365, turning research into scalable workflows and ensuring robust evaluation

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience designing, orchestrating and governing complex AI-driven workflows.
• Experience translating research and analytical processes into scalable AI workflows.
• Ability to define prompts, instructions, and control logic for reliable AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365.
• Design end-to-end AI workflows that scale and articulate how systems think, decide, and act.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI-driven solutions with clear explanations for clients.
• Define structured prompts and governance to ensure consistent AI outputs.
• Develop reusable components like prompt libraries, workflow templates, and governance guidelines.
• Create evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to measure solution quality.
• Use grounded data (RAG) and human review to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Make architecture decisions across AI tools and ecosystems for performance and cost efficiency.
• Drive transition of pilots to production with monitoring and operational stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet goals and deliver measurable impact.

An AI Workflow Architect / Applied AI Lead with 6-10 years of experience on design, orchestrate, and govern complex AI-driven workflows. This role focuses on agentic systems, multi-step reasoning orchestration, prompt and system architecture, and quality control across AI-native platforms. The individual will play a critical role in translating research and analytical processes into robust, scalable, and evaluable AI workflows using platforms such as Copilot, GPT, Claude, Hebbia, and similar systems.

• As a Microsoft Apps Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise grade AI solutions using technologies such as Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows that can scale, cover how systems think, make decisions, and execute tasks.
• Convert business and research requirements into practical AI-driven solutions, with clear and client-friendly explanations.
• Define structured prompts, system instructions, and control logic to ensure consistent and reliable AI outputs.
• Build and standardize reusable components such as prompt libraries, workflow templates, and governance guidelines.
• Implement robust evaluation and validation frameworks, including test cases and benchmarks, to measure solution quality.
