Evalueserve in Gurugram, India seeks an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex data, analytics, and technology projects end-to-end. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive BRD and scope, coordinate resources, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely production releases.

The role demands deep knowledge of banking operations, strong ETL or Teradata experience, and a hands-on approach to governance, risk, and issue management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8+ years of experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, budgeting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery with BRD, scope, resources and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders through UAT and production fixes.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance on business issues and design methodological frameworks.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in end-to-end project delivery. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and excellent planning capabilities, along with proficiency in project management tools to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrated client servicing and business analytics skills with at least 9 years of experience as data engineer, BI developer, data analyst, technical project manager, program manager etc.
• Technical project management- drive BRD, project scope, resource allocation, team coordination, stakeholder communication, UAT, Prod fix, change requests, project governance
• Sound knowledge of banking industry (payments, retail operations, fraud etc.)
• Strong ETL experience or experienced Teradata developer
• Managing team of business analysts, BI developers, ETL developers to ensure that projects are completed on time
• Responsible for providing thought leadership and technical advice on business issues
• Design methodological frameworks and solutions.
