Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Support the team in end-to-end project management for urban development projects, from conceptualization to completion.
• Prepare architectural and urban design concepts, including master plans, land-use layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design and planning decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, landscape architects, and government authorities to ensure project coordination and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare planning proposals, technical reports, and documentation for approvals and presentations.
• Integrate sustainable design strategies and environmental considerations into architectural and planning solutions.
• Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to present design proposals, gather feedback, and refine concepts.
• Broad technical knowledge of all technical areas within Urban development project.
• Good knowledge of other disciplines and their work interfaces with Urban development.
• Should be able to lead the project team and provide strong technical support to the team in terms of production, review and mentoring.
• Should have necessary experience in facing client to convince the design consideration.
• Should have exposure to India Projects (Mandatory) and Overseas Project (Preferable).
