Job summary

Colliers in Gurgaon is seeking a Leasing Assistant to support the leasing team across commercial properties. You will help identify prospective tenants, coordinate site visits, prepare proposals, and keep listings up to date.

You will assist in lease negotiations under senior guidance, maintain the leasing pipeline, and perform market research to support informed decisions. This role offers exposure to a dynamic real estate market and opportunities to grow with Colliers.
