• Assist in capital structure planning, debt management, and working capital optimization
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data for treasury reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Support investment decisions and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Analyze financial risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Contribute to corporate finance initiatives including M&A, fundraising, and modeling

Responsibilities Assumed

A multi-faceted role that primarily focuses on managing deliverables across corporate strategies for various geographies around the world, business finance, analysis of investments, and working with Senior Management on various strategic initiatives and projects across the firm.

Business Finance & Treasury

• Manage day-to-day cash flow and liquidity planning to ensure adequate funding across the organization.


• Oversee cash management operations, including bank account management, reconciliations, and fund transfers.


• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.


• Monitor and manage foreign exchange (FX) exposure and hedging strategies.


• Assist in capital structure planning, debt management, and optimizing working capital.


• Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data for accurate treasury reporting and forecasting.


• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements related to treasury and finance operations.


• Support investment decisions and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.


• Analyze financial risks and recommend strategies to mitigate exposure.
