Responsibilities

• Business Development & Leasing
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high‑potential retail and F&B brands (Indian & international) aligned with airport positioning
• Drive commercial negotiations, business terms (MG/MMG/Rev Share), and closure of deals
• Conceptualise and curate category mix strategies to maximise revenue and passenger engagement
• Build and leverage a strong industry network across malls, brands, franchise operators, and aggregators
• Project Management & Execution
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of new outlets from concept to go‑live, ensuring timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with design, projects, operations, and regulatory teams (including BCAS where applicable)
• Monitor progress of fit‑outs and ensure on‑time store openings aligned with traffic milestones
• Ensure readiness for key launches, including international operations ramp‑up
• Revenue & Performance Management
• Drive sales performance across portfolio, with clear focus on revenue maximisation and yield enhancement
• Track outlet performance through data insights and implement corrective interventions where required
• Work closely with partners to drive promotional plans, merchandising improvements, and sales uplift initiatives
• Stakeholder & Partner Management
• Manage relationships with key retailers, F&B operators, and JV partners
• Ensure strong alignment on business objectives, service standards, and passenger experience
• Act as a single point of accountability for assigned zones/assets

• Support development of new commercial concepts, innovations, and alternate revenue streams
• Benchmark with leading airports and malls to bring best‑in‑class practices
• Contribute to long‑term commercial strategy and asset monetisation plans
