Job summary

The role requires 6–9 years of tech TA experience, capability to lead niche searches, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on technology hiring.
• Experience hiring for Product Management, Software Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Product/UX Design.
• Hands-on expertise in advanced sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and assessment techniques for mid to senior tech roles.
• Familiarity with modern hiring tools, platforms, and ATS systems.
