• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across engineering, product, data, AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, and other tech functions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships by providing recruitment expertise and market insights throughout hiring.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified technology talent.
• Manage complex searches using advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping, networking, and market intelligence.
• Manage offer discussions and partner with hiring managers to ensure successful candidate engagement and closure.
• Coach hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview practices, and candidate experience expectations.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives including diversity hiring, employer branding, process improvements, and talent pipeline development.
• Mentor recruiters and coordinators by sharing recruiting best practices and supporting capability development.
