Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, and Corporate Functions in the South region of India.
• Source passive and active candidates via diverse channels including LinkedIn, events, referrals, and networks.
• Screen candidates for technical competencies and cultural fit with JLL's environment.
• Coordinate interview logistics across West region offices and provide structured guides.
• Drive Early Career programs and publish bi-weekly recruitment dashboards.
• Negotiate offers and maintain strong day-1 experiences for new hires.
