Job summary

Ohmium in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Manager - System Testing (Electrical) to lead system validation and test automation across Ohmium products. You will design test strategies, execute comprehensive verification, and drive data-driven improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8–15 years in system testing, strong leadership, and expertise with automated test systems, data acquisition, scripting, and test frameworks. Experience in renewables is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in system testing, validation, verification and test automation in relevant industries.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers in a matrix organization.
• Experience with automated test systems, data acquisition systems, scripting, and test framework development.
• Previous experience in renewable energy sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate detailed test reports and communicate testing outcomes, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support certification, compliance, and regulatory testing for product qualification and market readiness.
• Provide ongoing training to the team and build a strong System Testing organization.
