• Strategy Planning: Create paid social media plans and campaign strategies based on client briefs.
• Execution Optimization: Hands-on campaign setup, ad creation, and performance optimization across major social channels.
• Reporting Client Decks: Build performance reports, review decks, and deliver insights to regional/client stakeholders.
• Regional Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional hubs (U.S., Europe, Asia, MEA, AUNZ).

Essential Platforms Technical Stack

• Core Platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Pinterest (familiarity with TikTok Reddit is a plus for AD level).
• Management Automation Tools: Sprinklr, SocialFlow, Smartly, 4C, Scibids, HubSpot.
• Analytics Reporting Tools: MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Studio, Dataroma, and web analytics platforms.

Key Soft Skills Requirements

• Degree (Graduation or Post-Graduation) in any stream.
• Experience delivering services from a centralized location/hub to global regional teams.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent verbal/written communication.
