Core Responsibilities (All Levels)

• Strategy & Planning:Create paid social media plans and campaign strategies based on client briefs.
• Execution & Optimization:Hands-on campaign setup, ad creation, and performance optimization across major social channels.
• Reporting & Client Decks:Build performance reports, review decks, and deliver insights to regional/client stakeholders.
• Regional & Cross-Functional Alignment:Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional hubs (U.S., Europe, Asia, MEA, AUNZ).
• Quality & Best Practices:Enforce platform best practices, consistency, and high-quality work delivery at scale.
• Essential Platforms & Technical Stack
• Core Platforms:Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Pinterest (familiarity with TikTok & Reddit is a plus for AD level).
• Management & Automation Tools:Sprinklr, SocialFlow, Smartly, 4C, Scibids, HubSpot.
• Analytics & Reporting Tools:MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Studio, Dataroma, and web analytics platforms.
• Key Soft Skills & Requirements
