Varindera Constructions seeks an experienced Safety Manager to lead HSE programs on construction sites in India and abroad. The role centers on ensuring site safety, performing inspections and audits, and maintaining statutory documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech or Diploma with ADIS/NEBOSH certifications and proven exposure to building/industrial projects; you will enforce PPE compliance and oversee risk assessment and welfare facilities.

Formación

• B.Tech or Diploma is mandatory.
• ADIS and NEBOSH and other HSE certifications are preferred.
• Experience in building/industrial projects is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure site safety, conduct inspections and audits.
• Comply statutory compliance and maintain documentation.
• Perform risk assessments and control hazards.
• Ensure 100% PPE compliance and penalize violations.
• Coordinate health check-ups and welfare facilities for labor on site and abroad.
