Job summary

Zetwerk is seeking an experienced engineering leader in India to own end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) for EMS programs. You will drive process improvements, FPY enhancement, and OEE optimization while ensuring alignment with ISO standards.

You will lead ISO audits, manage documentation control, CAPA, and process validation, and implement Lean / Six Sigma initiatives. Strong SMT knowledge and a proven ability to mentor a high-performing team are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in EMS.
• Must have ISO 9001 certification; ISO 13485 / IATF 16949 preferred.
• Hands-on experience in ISO audits and compliance documentation.
• Strong knowledge of SMT processes and high-volume production.
