Job summary

JK Tyre in Rajasthan, India seeks an Electrical Supervisor/Energy Manager to plan and execute maintenance across our plant. You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate with procurement, and guide teams to ensure reliable electrical distribution systems.

The role emphasizes energy management, automation initiatives, root cause analysis, and planning/scheduling to reduce downtime and optimize energy use. SAP and digital tools experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have SAP and digital tools familiarity.
• Proficient in root cause analysis and energy management.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly shutdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
• Initiate purchase orders for contractual services.
• Maintain electrical assets and distribution systems across the plant.
• Oversee maintenance of battery-operated vehicles, AHUs and plant hoists.
• Execute time-based and condition-based monitoring.
• Coordinate manpower deployment for assigned jobs.
• Ensure PMS compliance for self and team.
• Attend monthly reviews and management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance/documentation for audits.
• Coach and guide workers and staff.
• Identify obsolete processes/tech for automation and upgradation.
• Monitor spare consumption and procurement actions with relevant teams.
• Review PR/GRN in receipt section and follow up on pending PRs.
• Daily review of activities in assigned areas.
• Review power and SPC reports; contribute to energy projects.

Role & responsibilities

• Planning for weekly shutdown /Preventive Maintenance activity.
• Initiate PO against the activities carried out through contractual service.
• Electrical maintenance of all assets KTP related to Electrical Distribution Systems.
• Maintenance of all battery Operated Vehicles, AHUs and Plant Hoists.
• Execute Time based & condition-based monitoring.
• Checking and sharing, manpower deployment of workman to concerns to execute the required jobs.
• Compliance of PMS for Self and team.
• Attend monthly reviews & initiatives scheduled by management.
• Ensure Compliance/Documentation of all external & Internal audits.
• Coaching & guiding (Workman & Staff)
• Identify & prioritize obsolete process/ technology for any automation, modernization & upgradation.
• Monitoring and planning the spare consumption and procurement action with purchase and concern Team Member.
• Review of PR/ Check GRN in receipt section of spares and its quality, follow up for pending & urgent PR.
• Daily review of activities related to assigned areas.
• Review of power & SPC Report
• Activities related to Energy Projects & data related to sustainability parameters.
• Daily check-list review- Preventive and Predictive maintenance.
• Plan & Implementation of maintenance activities.
