Job summary

Emalahleni Local Municipality in South Africa seeks a qualified professional for the Town Planning and Land Administration Unit. You will oversee land reform implementation within the municipal area and manage the annual budget, land acquisition, disposal and expropriation processes, and overall land administration.

The role requires a B. Degree/BTech in Town Planning or Land Administration, 5–8 years’ local government experience, and a valid Code B driver’s license, with strong leadership,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
