Trintech is an award‑winning AI‑driven fintech SaaS organisation transforming the way finance teams operate. The role is a Large Enterprise (LE) Engineering/Engineering Manager – a technical people‑leadership position responsible for guiding software development and QA professionals. Work Mode: Hybrid, three days a week in‑office.
Stack: Our LE financial close solutions are built with a mix of Microsoft (.NET) and Java technologies, using relational databases on MS SQL Server. We separate solutions to ensure data integrity and security, are currently single‑tenant, and continually invest in modernising the architecture with API‑first and micro‑services patterns for scalability.

What You Will Do
- Build engineering teams in a competitive market and manage global expectations around skill sets.
- Train, coach, and guide team members to establish new Scrum teams in collaboration with global partners.
- Analyze and investigate engineering tasks, preparing design specifications, analyses, and recommendations for medium‑size projects.
- Provide innovative solutions to complex problems and communicate progress toward project/program goals.
- Champion the use of AI tools and methodologies to ensure optimal operational efficiency and track their adoption.
- Oversee product delivery within budget, schedule, and quality guidelines.
- Create schedules and work plans, resolving varied situations appropriately.
- Develop challenging assignments, evaluate work, and communicate progress toward career development.
- Interface with senior management to report on project and program milestones.
- Monitor emerging server‑focused technology trends and standards.
- Handle career development and performance discussions for team members.
Who You Are
- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in software product development.
- Has 10+ years of industry experience in on‑premises and cloud applications.
- Has 4+ years of working experience with offshore product development in collaboration with global teams.
- Hands‑on experience with .NET/Java and related open‑source technologies for building enterprise web applications.
- Proficient at experimenting with new technologies, including AI, startup setups, rapid prototyping, and defining delivery approaches.
- Strong experience with performance, scalability, distributed caching, and web services.
- Experience with SaaS application design, development, deployment, and support in private/public cloud environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Has 3+ years of project and people management experience using Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Process‑compliant and quality‑focused, driving new ideas and championing AI initiatives.
- Helps build teams and onboard new members, owning performance appraisal responsibilities under HR guidance.
- Can identify and groom future technical leaders for increased responsibilities.
- Has recruiting skills and the ability to attract talent.
