Qualifications

• BS or equivalent with a major in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise software.
• 5+ years in hiring, leading, and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of backend systems and distributed architectures for scalable, high-performance platforms.
• AI-forward engineering mindset leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale SaaS products, preferably IAM related.
• Strong software engineering design and development expertise.
• Proven track record growing and managing an engineering team of 10+ with leadership vision.
• Deep understanding of Agile development practices.

• Practice all software development life cycle in an agile oriented environment with emphasis on code quality, supportability, scalability and performance.
• Design and implement the product from scratch to production.
• Research and implement sophisticated Cyber security mechanisms.

• Engage with various stakeholders and the Product Management Team to establish a product roadmap and release schedule.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• BS or equivalent with a major degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering.
• 12+ years of hands‑on experience in building enterprise software.
• 5+ years in hiring, leading, and scaling high‑performance and results‑oriented engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of backend systems and distributed architectures, with the ability to lead technical strategy and architectural decisions for scalable, high‑performance platforms.
• AI‑forward engineering mindset, with a track of leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve developer productivity, software quality, and innovation.
• Hands‑on technical experience with building enterprise‑scale SaaS products, preferably around Identity and Access Management.
• Very strong software engineering – design, development experience.
• Proven track record to grow and manage an engineering team of 10+ with an ability to provide leadership vision for further expansion.
• Deep understanding of Agile development practices and other engineering processes.
• Hands‑on technical knowledge of Software Security, Multi‑tenancy, Scalability, and High Availability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working experience with designing a scalable Web Solution. Experience with Microservice architecture, AWS technology stack and serverless is preferable.
• Proficient in Python/Go/Node/Ruby/Java (spring boot, spring batch)/C# (.Net Core)/C++. Experience with modern CI/CD tools is preferable.
• Proficient and seasoned in handling SCRUM teams involving Devs and QA.
• Prior experience with driving continuous improvement and the ability to implement creative ideas to significantly improve the overall performance of the team.
• Experience working at a high growth, fast‑paced technology company.
• Deep, hands‑on expertise with Identity and Access Management (IAM) architectures, specifically building and securing SAML 2.0 Identity/Service Providers and OAuth 2.0/OIDC Authorization Servers.
