Job summary

Candescent is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead high-performing teams delivering scalable digital banking solutions. You will balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership, shaping the technology roadmap and ensuring delivery across web, mobile, and backend systems.

As part of the Digital Banking group, you will mentor engineers, drive engineering excellence, enforce best practices, and collaborate with product, design, and operations to ship production-ready features at speed

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology roles with engineering leadership responsibilities.
