Job summary

Conga is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering in Bengaluru to lead a high-performing team focused on next-generation AI solutions. The candidate will drive the delivery of machine learning models and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product and Data Science. With over 8 years of software engineering experience, including 3 years in leadership roles, the candidate should have expertise in Python and a strong foundation in AI product lifecycle management. The position involves managing timelines, ensuring compliance, and driving engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and ML lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred); experience with Java, C#, Scala, or other languages.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and MLflow.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and related AI tools (Kubeflow, Vertex AI, Terraform).
• Strong foundations in testing (unit, integration, UI) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Experience in AI product lifecycle management and model governance.
