Job summary

DigiRecruitx in Pune is seeking an hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a cloud-native engineering team focused on LLM-powered enterprise products and distributed systems. You will guide architecture, design, and development while mentoring senior engineers.

You will drive Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and LangChain/LLaMA integrations, building scalable microservices, data pipelines, and high-availability systems. Strong leadership and collaboration with product teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years in software development with 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience with LangChain, LLaMA, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on proficiency in Java, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Python.
• Expertise in PySpark, Big Data (Hadoop), PostgreSQL, and MySQL optimization.
• Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Expert-level use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in architecture and system design.
