We are looking for an experienced Manager - SAP Commerce Cloud / Software Development to lead our Agile SAP Commerce Cloud team at the Digital India Innovation Center.

In this role, you will lead a team of 15-20 SAP Commerce Cloud professionals, driving the planning and delivery of enterprise eCommerce solutions while ensuring business continuity, quality, predictability, and continuous improvement.

You will partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP Commerce Cloud expertise with people leadership, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and a strong customer focus.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a 15-20 member SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris team, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise eCommerce solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience guiding self-organizing teams.

• Experience leading integration between functional and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
