Qualifications

• قيادة فرق هندسية كبيرة أو مشاريع برمجية معقدة.

Responsibilities

• قيادة وتوجيه فريق من مهندسي البرمجيات المركزة على التطوير المدمج.
• إدارة تخطيط وتحديد الأولويات وتنفيذ تسليمات البرمجيات عبر مشاريع متعددة.
• قيادة المراجعات الفنية واتخاذ القرارات لضمان حلول قابلة للصيانة.
• التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان توافق التنفيذ مع متطلبات المنتج والجودة والجدول الزمني.
• دعم تعريف النطاق الزمني وموارد المشروع واستراتيجيات التخفيف من المخاطر.

This role provides both technical and people leadership, ensuring delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that support product performance, connectivity, and customer valueThis leader partners closely with cross-functional teams across systems, Application, firmware, test, quality, product management, and program management to drive execution from concept through launch and ongoing support.
