Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of dedicated experience in Industrial/Plant Security within large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Ex-Servicemen (Army/Navy/Air Force) or seasoned industrial security professionals with a proven track record in factory environments.
• Fluency in Marathi and Hindi to communicate with guards, labor, and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take full end-to-end responsibility for industrial security of the manufacturing plant and project site.
• Oversee deployment, rostering, and daily performance of a large outsourced guard force across plant gates and watchtowers.
• Manage Central CCTV Control Room and all electronic security systems including access control, boom barriers, metal detectors, and intrusion alarms.
• Enforce strict control over inward/outward movement of materials through a Gate Pass system (RGP/NRGP) and supervise frisking for all personnel and vehicles.

Job Title: Security Manager / Senior Manager Industrial Security

Location: Nagpur (Butibori), Maharashtra

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Industrial Security Manager to take complete ownership of plant security operations. The ideal candidate will be a core industrial security professional responsible for overseeing the entire security apparatus of the manufacturing facility. This includes managing a large-scale guard force, monitoring CCTV and electronic security systems, strictly controlling material movement, and ensuring a safe, theft-free environment across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

Complete Industrial Security Operations

• Take full end-to-end responsibility for the industrial security of the entire manufacturing plant and project site.
• Implement and enforce strict industrial security standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Conduct continuous plant patrolling, boundary wall checks, and night checks to ensure a 24/7 highly secure environment.

Guard Force Management

• Oversee the deployment, rostering, and daily performance of a large outsourced guard force across all plant gates and watchtowers.
• Conduct daily roll calls, briefings, and physical drills to ensure guards are highly alert, disciplined, and professionally turned out.
• Train security personnel on industrial hazards, frisking techniques, mob handling, and immediate emergency response.

CCTV & Electronic Security Control

• Take charge of the Centralized CCTV Control Room, ensuring 24/7 active monitoring of all critical plant areas, perimeters, and material gates.
• Manage and maintain all electronic security systems, including access control systems, boom barriers, metal detectors, and intrusion alarms.
• Review CCTV footage daily for any anomalies, safety violations, or suspicious activities, and maintain secure video backups for investigations.

Access Control & Material Movement

• Enforce absolute control over the inward and outward movement of raw materials, scrap, and finished goods through a foolproof Gate Pass system (RGP/NRGP).
• Ensure strict frisking and access control for all plant employees, contract labor, vendors, and heavy transport vehicles entering the premises.
• Conduct surprise vehicle checks and physical verification of materials at the weighbridge and main gates to prevent any pilferage or theft.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 10 to 15+ years of dedicated experience in Industrial/Plant Security within large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Background: Ex-Servicemen (Army/Navy/Air Force) or seasoned industrial security professionals with a proven track record in factory environments.
• Core Skills: Strong command over man-guarding, CCTV control room operations, material gate-pass procedures, and industrial theft prevention.
