Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the current network and cyber security landscape across offices and remote sites.
• Conduct infrastructure and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and gaps.
• Prepare a roadmap for network modernization and security improvement.

• Implement and manage endpoint security, patching, vulnerability management.

Attributes / skills required

• Strong experience in enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, routing and switching
• Strong understanding of cyber security principles, network security, endpoint security, identity and access management, vulnerability management and security monitoring
• Hands‑on experience in assessing existing IT infrastructure and identifying network, security, operational and compliance gaps
• Experience in designing and implementing secure IT infrastructure solutions across multiple offices, remote locations and project sites
• Good understanding of next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection / EDR, MFA, DLP and email security
• Ability to develop and enforce network and cyber security standards, policies, procedures and baseline configurations
• Strong incident response, problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills
• Experience in managing technology partners, OEMs, managed service providers and security vendors
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including explaining cyber security risks to non‑technical users and management

• Evaluate the current network and cyber security landscape across corporate offices, project offices, remote locations and overseas operations
• Conduct infrastructure and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities, risks, performance issues, technology gaps and areas requiring improvement
• Prepare and maintain a roadmap for network modernization, cyber security improvement and infrastructure standardization
• Manage and strengthen firewalls, VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, network segmentation, secure remote access and other network security controls
• Implement and manage endpoint security, EDR / antivirus, patching controls, vulnerability management and other security measures
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security audits and remediation activities
• Manage and evaluate OEMs, network service providers, cyber security partners, AMC vendors and managed service providers
• Maintain documentation of network architecture, IP addressing, connectivity, security devices, configurations, assets, contracts and support arrangements
• Develop and conduct end‑user cyber security awareness programs covering phishing, social engineering, passwords, MFA, data protection, device security and safe use of corporate IT resources
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity requirements for critical network and security infrastructure

Provide regular management reporting on cyber security risks, incidents, vulnerabilities, infrastructure health, initiatives and remediation status
