The senior Manager/Manager role requires CA with 5+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems like Tally, SAP or Oracle. You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and tax compliance in a dynamic real estate solutions environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, auditing, and taxation.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (Tally/SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.

• Prepare financial statements, notes to accounts, and schedules.

Profile Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented finance professional to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The role focuses on financial operations, compliance, governance, and delivering insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives
• Provide strategic financial insights to leadership
• Conduct budget vs. actual analysis with variance reporting
• Perform project-wise profitability and cost analysis
• Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Manage end-to-end accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, book closure)
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Prepare schedules, notes to accounts, and supporting workings
• Handle consolidation of financials (if multiple entities/projects)
• Generate MIS reports and management dashboards with key financial KPIs
• Prepare cash flow and fund flow statements
• Manage lender/bank reporting requirements
• Audit, Compliance & Taxation
• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other regulations
• Oversee direct and indirect tax filings and planning
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for compliance and tax matters

• Implement and monitor financial policies, SOPs, and internal controls

Educational, Experience & Professional Qualifications

Education: Qualified CA.

Experience: Qualified CA with 5+ years of experience.

Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, auditing, and taxation, In-depth understanding of compliance and governance frameworks, Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (mandatory), Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Tally/SAP/Oracle preferred).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, High attention to detail and accuracy, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Specific Knowledge: Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance, Knowledge of financial reporting standards and audit processes, Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting, Understanding of internal controls and risk management practices, (Preferred) Exposure to real estate/project-based accounting.
