Job summary

LWYD Interactive seeks a creative and seasoned Manager/Senior Manager – Design to lead high-impact visual communication across digital and marketing channels. You will guide branding, motion graphics, and video production while mentoring junior designers and shaping long-term visual strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and creative design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual design, animation, and video production.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring design teams.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, storytelling, and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and execution of design projects across branding, marketing, social media, digital campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Create high-quality graphic designs, motion graphics, animations, and video content that communicate brand messaging.
• Establish and maintain visual design standards, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
• Mentor and guide junior designers with feedback, coaching, and development support.
• Review and approve creative deliverables for quality, accuracy, and brand adherence.
• Drive innovation by introducing new design trends, techniques, and approaches.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Design to lead and execute high-quality visual communication across digital and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both Graphic Design and Motion Graphics, along with the ability to mentor junior designers, review creative deliverables, and contribute to long-term visual and brand strategies.

This role requires a combination of hands-on design execution, creative leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Creative Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual design, animation, and video production.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring design teams.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, storytelling, and visual communication
• Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After effect, Adobe Premier, 3D.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
