Job summary

OneMetric is seeking a Graphic & Motion Designer to bring ideas to life across static and motion formats. You will craft brand-led visual content, social media creatives, campaign assets, videos and motion graphics to enhance communication.

Requirements include 3-5 years in related roles, a strong portfolio, and hands-on experience with social media assets and motion design. You will work with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across formats.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Motion Design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design + motion/video work.
• Hands-on experience creating social media and marketing campaign assets.
• Strong motion design and video editing capabilities.
• Ability to independently take a brief from concept to polished final output.

About The Role

We're looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer who can bring ideas to life across static and motion formats. You'll work closely with our stakeholders to create brand-led visual content, social media creatives, campaign assets, videos and motion graphics that make our communication more engaging and memorable.

Tools

Proficiency in relevant design and motion tools, including:

Adobe Photoshop | Illustrator | After Effects | Premiere Pro | Figma / Canva

Good To Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, technology or marketing brands.
• Experience creating product/explainer videos or campaign films.
• Understanding of social-first content across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
• Exposure to 3D, VFX, illustration, sound design or AI creative tools.
