WPP Media — Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Social Manager to drive paid social strategies for multinational clients. You will lead campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

You will coordinate with regional hubs in the US, Europe, Asia, and MEA, mentor a growing team, and ensure delivery of high-quality work from a centralized hub. A degree in any field and strong communication are essential; hybrid work enables

• Degree (Graduation or Post-Graduation) in any stream.
• Experience delivering services from a centralized location/hub to global regional teams.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create paid social media plans and campaign strategies based on client briefs.
• Hands-on campaign setup, ad creation, and performance optimization across major social channels.
• Build performance reports, review decks, and deliver insights to regional/client stakeholders.
