- Achieve monthly,quarterly, and annual booking targets
- Drive site visitconversions, negotiations, and closures
- Manage walk-incustomers and assigned leads at site
- Deliver compellingproject presentations and value propositions
- Negotiate withinapproved pricing frameworks and close deals
- Monitorbooking-to-collection alignment and payment realization
- Ensure adherence topricing, offers, and commercial structures
- Handle leads fromdigital campaigns, CPs, walk-ins, and referrals
- Ensure prompt response,structured follow-ups, and lead nurturing
- Maintain CRM accuracy,stage movement, and documentation completeness
- Ensure daily reportingdiscipline and data accuracy in CRM
- Follow defined salesSOPs and reporting frameworks
- Conduct site visits,presentations, and commercial discussions
- Handle objections,negotiations, and closure discussions effectively
- Maintain strongconversion ratios through disciplined follow-ups
- Ensure smooth customerjourney from booking to agreement to registration
- Coordinate with CRM forpost-booking documentation and collections tracking
- Build and managerelationships with channel partners
- Conduct CP meetings,briefings, and site visits
- Track CP lead quality,contribution, and conversion performance
- Track competitorpricing, offers, and market activity
- Provide feedback oncustomer sentiment and inventory movement
- Support leadership withactionable market insights

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduates with strongsales track record may be considered
- 8–10 years’ experiencein residential real estate sales
