The Cluster Head - ROW will lead all Right of Way, stakeholder engagement, government liaison, farmer relations, and issue resolution activities for renewable energy projects. The role is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted site access, resolving critical stakeholder issues, securing statutory permissions, and supporting timely project execution.
Develop and implement ROW strategy for Solar, Wind, Hybrid and Transmission projects. Ensure land access availability as per project timelines. Drive issue resolution framework across project locations. Monitor ROW risks and mitigation plans.
Build strong relationships with farmers, landowners, village representatives, local influencers and communities. Lead community engagement programs. Address sensitive social and political issues. Create long-term stakeholder acceptance for projects.
Liaise with District Administration, Revenue Department, Police, Panchayat, Forest, Energy and Regulatory Authorities. Facilitate statutory approvals, permissions and NOCs. Represent the company before government agencies.
Lead compensation, access and project-related negotiations. Resolve major disputes and escalations. Ensure transparent engagement with affected stakeholders.
Work closely with Land Acquisition, Legal, Engineering, EPC, Construction and HSE teams. Ensure ROW readiness aligns with project schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams, including project development, engineering and finance, to ensure seamless integration of land acquisitions into project timelines.
Provide regular reports to EVP on land acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Continuously seek ways to optimize land acquisition processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
