Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru, hybrid work model, seeks a Manager of Resource Management to lead staffing for delivery, forecast demand, and optimize utilization. You will guide Expert Services and Impact leaders, develop partner frameworks, and ensure data-driven staffing decisions with AI-enabled tools.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Delivery to align staffing with business outcomes, while building trusted relationships and mentoring teams in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Staff and align billable talent to delivery demands for project success.
• Lead capacity forecasting and demand planning for the assigned segment.
• Review, prioritize and execute staffing of resource requests.
• Align staffing to maximize utilization targets while balancing skills and availability.
• Develop and maintain a sub-capacity partner framework to manage demand fluctuations.
• Source, negotiate and onboard partner resources per processes and ensure compliance.
• Provide visibility of partner rates and help achieve margin targets.
• Lead internal utilization to balance capacity, profitability and delivery efficiency.
• Provide whitespace reporting and proactive capacity recommendations.
