Job summary

Ampl Resources in India seeks an experienced program leader to translate strategy into departmental plans, drive governance, and develop SOPs aligned with project goals and compliance requirements. You will lead land acquisition and R&R activities for mining projects, coordinate with authorities and stakeholders, monitor costs and ROI, and maintain MIS reports for timely governance and reporting.

Regular meetings with communities and project-affected families will ensure effective grievances

Responsibilities

• Prepare short-term and 3-year land acquisition and R&R plans.
• Identify and resolve hindrances impacting mining operations and land availability.
• Coordinate with Principal Employers, PSUs, Government Authorities, and local administration for timely clearance.
• Conduct regular meetings with village representatives, PAFs, landowners, and stakeholders to resolve grievances.
• Analyze and resolve legal, administrative, compensation, and rehabilitation issues.
• Carry out periodic site inspections to monitor land acquisition, R&R progress; ensure compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, project data, land records, R&R documentation, revenue plans, and management reports.
• Lead site-level R&R teams across one or more project sites to achieve targets.
• Understand Revenue Land, Forest Land, and Government Land laws applicable to existing and future mining projects.

• Carry out periodic site inspections to monitor land acquisition, R&R activities, and progress of assigned tasks at project locations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable land acquisition laws, R&R policies, statutory requirements, and company guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, project data, land records, R&R documentation, revenue plans, and management reports.
• Lead and guide site-level R&R teams across single or multiple project sites to ensure timely achievement of land and rehabilitation targets.
