The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Quantity Surveying, strong market knowledge, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
• Proven track record in managing multiple disciplines of construction projects.
• Strong market knowledge with ability to deliver and manage commissions.

Manager - Quantity Surveyor

To perform the role to support Commission manager in taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery and to ensure that the Client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service.

About the Role:

• Estimating and cost planning
• Market engagement for collecting quotations and Quantity Surveying
• Tendering and procurement including pre-qualification, tender analysis
• Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes
• Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

About You:

• 10+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
• Experience with the same background is preferrable.
• Proven track record in managing multiple disciplines of construction projects (Residential, commercial, fit out, Industrial etc.)
• Strong market knowledge with the ability to deliver and handle the commission.
• Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
