Delta DigiTech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Manager QA/QC (Civil) to lead quality assurance and quality control across project sites in Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

The role focuses on industrial construction, factory buildings, PEB warehouses, and manufacturing plants, with a track record of implementing quality systems and inspection procedures. Candidates with exposure to Japanese companies or MNC GCs are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 9–10 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Experience with industrial construction, factory buildings, PEB warehouses or manufacturing plants.
• Hands-on civil/structural quality inspections experience.
• Knowledge of ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs and CAPA processes.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants and third‑party inspectors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and monitor project QA/QC plans.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, standards, and project requirements.
• Supervise QC inspections for civil and structural works.
• Monitor RCC, foundations, steel, PEB, flooring, masonry, finishing works.
• Review and approve ITPs, method statements, and QA/QC checklists.
• Coordinate with execution teams, clients, and third-party agencies for inspections.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality procedures.
• Identify NCRs, drive CAPA and ensure timely closure of NCRs.
• Maintain project quality records and test certificates.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific quality requirements.
• Conduct quality audits and toolbox talks for site teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager QA/QC (Civil) to manage and oversee quality assurance and quality control activities at project sites. The candidate should have strong experience in industrial construction projects, factory buildings, PEB warehouses, and manufacturing plants, with a proven track record of implementing quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality management systems.

Candidates with prior experience working directly with or under Japanese companies, Japanese General Contractors, or reputed MNC construction contractors will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans.
2. Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
3. Supervise quality inspection activities related to civil and structural construction works.
4. Monitor quality of RCC works, foundations, structural steel, PEB structures, flooring, masonry, finishing, and other civil construction activities.
5. Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Checklists.
6. Coordinate with project execution teams, consultants, clients, and third-party inspection agencies for quality inspections and approvals.
7. Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to approved quality procedures and specifications.
8. Identify non-conformities, initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure of NCRs.
9. Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, material test certificates, and project quality records.
10. Ensure proper implementation of quality standards and compliance with client-specific quality requirements.
11. Conduct quality audits, toolbox sessions, and awareness programs for site execution teams and subcontractors.
12. Monitor construction workmanship and ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 9 to 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within construction projects.
• Strong exposure to industrial construction, factory buildings, PEB warehouses, or manufacturing plant projects.
• Hands-on experience in civil and structural quality inspections.
• Knowledge of ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, CAPA, quality audits, and QA/QC documentation.
• Experience in handling client inspections, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies.
• Prior experience working directly with or under Japanese / MNC General Contractors will be highly preferred.
• Strong coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and team management skills.
