Job summary

Team Hiitec Eqpt is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage schedules, define roles, set milestones, coordinate with departments and customers, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

You will liaise with estimation, fabrication, procurement and design teams, control costs, and lead daily status meetings to align scope and schedule with stakeholders.

• Prepare the project schedules.
• Define and communicate the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders.
• Set Priorities and milestones.
• List down the priorities to attain the milestones.
• Work with estimation team and coordinate with various departments for timely delivery and project progress.
• Coordinate with customers for timely update, approval, any extra claims.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Complete the day to day task in coordination with design ,fabrication, procurement and others.
• Communication with all stakeholders.
• Place a control mechanism to control the cost of the project.
• Conduct, participate daily meeting to monitor the project status and communicate the requirements to the fabrication team
• Timely update to customers Communicate internally to all stakeholders for any change in project scope / schedule.
• Update Project progress to customers
