Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Tower In-Charge to lead on-site construction activities for tower projects in Chennai. You will supervise execution, ensure adherence to drawings, quality standards, safety norms and schedules, and coordinate with contractors and cross-functional teams.

You will monitor progress, optimize manpower and material usage, conduct regular site reviews, and ensure timely inspections, reports and handovers while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring disciplined execution.

The Tower In-Charge is responsible for execution, supervision and control of construction activities for the assigned tower. The role ensures compliance with drawings, quality standards, safety norms and project schedules while coordinating with contractors and cross-functional teams.
