Group Bayport in Gandhinagar seeks an experienced Manager - Production Planning to oversee and optimize production processes, ensuring efficient resource use and timely delivery. The role requires a strong background in planning and control with leadership capabilities.

The candidate will lead production planning activities, implement internal plans to meet targets, and coordinate with design, B2B, and production teams for daily operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in production planning and control.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks pertaining to production planning and control.
• Implement internal plans to ensure timely production targets.
• Prepare and maintain production-related reports with timely submission.
• Improve efficiency to enhance product quality and operational performance.
• Plan resources for optimal utilization and coordinate interdepartmental communication.
• Handle design, B2B, and production teams for daily issues and SBD confirmation.
• Plan B2B and FBA order execution and tracking.
• Analyze daily/monthly shipping per orders shipped.
• Prepare trackers and major reports for in-house and local vendor products.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager in Production Planning to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and control, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of products.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Should handle and lead tasks pertaining to production planning and control.
• Implementation of internal plans to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets and manufacturing.
• Preparing and maintaining entire production-related reports and timely submission.
• Able to implement effective techniques to bring efficiency in operation to improve the quality of the product.
• Undertaking resource planning for optimizing effective utilization.
• Handle various processes/applications and recommend process modification.
• Must handle Interdepartmental communication for smoother run
• Day to day communication with design, B2B,Production team for daily issues and SBD confirmation
• To plan B2B and FBA order execution and tracking
• For daily or monthly shipping analysis as per the orders shipped
• Tracker and Major report preparation for inhouse and Local vendor products
• Day to day communication with design team in case of file issues
