Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. is seeking a Manager for the Production OSD/Compression area. You will execute and supervise production activities, ensure in-process parameter checks, and maintain log books and BMR for the compression area. You will coordinate with IPQA/QC/Engineering/IT for smooth operations and handle SAP-related tasks in production.

Ideal candidates have pharma production experience in OSD/compression, understand cGMP documentation, and hold B. Pharm or M. Pharm.

Qualifications

Experience in pharma production, specifically OSD and compression area.
Familiar with cGMP documentation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Execute and supervise production activities in the compression area.
Online checking of in-process parameters and maintenance of log books/BMR for the area.
Coordinate with IPQA/QC/Engineering/IT and MSTG for smooth production flow.

Job Role Summary :

Execution / Supervision of Production activities in OSD Compression Area

Job Profile

To execute/supervise Production activities machine wise at Compression Area.
Online checking of In-process parameters & completion of the Log book and BMR of Compression Area.
To check and make availability of machine as per Preventive Maintenance schedule.
Co-ordination with IPQA/QC/Engineering/IT and MSTG department for smooth functioning of Production activities.
Handling of SAP related work in Production
To fill documentation as per cGMP practice in Production area.
To do and review calibration/verification of balances in Production area.
Proper shift handover to the next shift officers to fulfill the production monthly target.
To fulfill daily production target and report.
Man Power allocation and utilization in the Production Department
To maintain the discipline and punctuality among the colleagues /subordinates /workman.
To impart various training to officers and workers.
To fill the daily assessment sheet as per the target assigned by the seniors.
To handle and solve day to day issues and problem related to product and productivity.
To investigate the deviation/incidents.
To implement the corrective and preventive action as and when required for compliance.
To report any deviation and abnormality of any type to seniors/shift In-charge.
