Job summary

Siemens Mobility in India seeks a Manager – Mobility Services to lead procurement for travel, events, and related services. You will optimize spend, ensure governance, and deliver compliant, sustainable mobility programs across airlines, hotels, visas, and fleet services.

You will drive supplier negotiations, develop dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve employee experience and service delivery in a complex mobility ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vendor negotiation, strategic sourcing, and cost management.
• Strong understanding of the corporate travel ecosystem including airlines, hotels, transport, cards, visas, meetings and events, and marketing communications.
• Proficiency in executive reporting and data analytics using Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and strategic impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event procurement and operations, including sourcing and onboarding of hotels and event partners.
• Manage event budgets, evaluations, and procurement compliance.
• Lead vendor negotiations for airlines, hotels, visa agencies, event organizers, fleet vendors, and gifting partners.
• Drive discussions on employee transportation and event management services; manage corporate card program.
• Serve as the main contact for employee queries related to meetings and events; enhance mobility and event experiences.
• Analyze spend data to identify savings and cost-control levers; ensure budget discipline and compliance.
• Develop process improvements, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for governance.
• Apply AI and analytics to improve supplier decisions and event sourcing.

Role Overview

Siemens India is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Mobility Services to lead corporate travel, mobility, events, and related procurement activities. This role is central to driving cost efficiency, service excellence, compliance, and sustainability across the mobility ecosystem.

The role will oversee end-to-end strategy and operations across airlines, hotels, visas, events, employee transportation, fleet services, and the corporate card program. The Manager will work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and leadership teams to optimize spend, improve employee experience, and align programs with Siemens’ sustainability and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Event Procurement and Operations

• Manage timely sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding of hotels and event partners.
• Oversee event budgets, commercial evaluations, and procurement compliance.
• Ensure seamless delivery from planning to execution.

Vendor and Contract Management

• Lead sourcing and negotiations for airlines, hotels, visa agencies, event organizers, fleet vendors, and gifting partners.
• Drive commercial and service‑level discussions for employee transportation and event management services.
• Manage the corporate card program to ensure policy compliance, efficiency, and user adoption.

Employee Support and Service Experience

• Act as the key point of contact for employee queries and escalations related to meetings and events.
• Improve employee satisfaction by delivering smooth, reliable, and well‑coordinated mobility and event experiences.

Cost Optimization, Budgeting, and Compliance

• Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities and cost‑control levers.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve travel efficiency and strengthen budget discipline.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, delegated authority, and documentation requirements.
• Manage category risks and maintain business continuity plans.

Digital and Process Excellence

• Implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, key performance indicators, and management reports.
• Use AI and analytics to improve event sourcing and supplier decision‑making.

Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align category strategy, service delivery, and business priorities.
• Present leadership reports covering savings, compliance, service performance, and sustainability impact.
• Track industry developments and emerging technologies in travel, events, and mobility services.

Qualifications and Skills
