• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Celonis Process Mining Expert with 6 to 10 years of professional experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of process mining solutions.
• In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex enterprise data (primarily from SAP) and business optimization. You will build robust data models, interactive dashboards, advanced PQL queries, and automated Action Flows to uncover process bottlenecks and drive tangible business value across P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), and other core enterprise processes.

You will build robust data models, interactive dashboards, advanced PQL queries, and automated Action Flows to uncover process bottlenecks and drive tangible business value across P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), and other core enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Celonis Development & Analytics:
• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end process mining solutions using the Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) and Celonis Studio.
• Write complex Process Query Language (PQL) statements to define custom KPIs, metrics, and process filters.
• Develop and maintain scalable Data Models, Celonis Views, and intuitive analytical Dashboards for stakeholders.
• Implement process conformance checks, root-cause analysis, and variant explorations to highlight process inefficiencies and deviations.
• Design and configure real-time Action Flows to alert stakeholders and trigger automated remediation for process bottlenecks.

Data Integration & SAP Domain Expertise

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) enterprise data into Celonis from core ERP systems, specifically leveraging deep knowledge of SAP Tables (e.g., EKKO, EKPO, BSEG, VBAK, VBAP).
• Translate functional business requirements from P2P, O2C, and adjacent domains into robust data and process intelligence models.
• Write and optimize SQL scripts for pre-processing, data validation, and troubleshooting data integrity issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners, process owners, and IT teams to identify optimization opportunities and automation potential.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and peer reviews to junior developers and analysts on the team.
• Maintain clean technical documentation for data models, transformation logic, and custom components.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

• Celonis Process Mining: Hands-on enterprise experience with Celonis EMS, Studio, Views, and Knowledge Models.
• PQL (Process Query Language): Advanced proficiency in writing and tuning PQL queries for complex metrics.
• Data Modeling & Analytics: Proven ability to structure data models, design high-impact dashboards, and deliver process analytics.
• Action Flows: Experience building event-driven automations and notifications via Celonis Action Flows.

Secondary Skills (Required)

• SQL: Strong querying and data manipulation skills.
• Process Knowledge: Deep functional understanding of enterprise business processes like P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash).
• SAP Expertise: Practical familiarity with SAP module data structures and standard tables.
• Experience: 6 to 10 years of total IT/Analytics experience, with at least 4+ years dedicated specifically to Celonis implementation and development
