Responsibilities

• Achieve Production Planning, Manpower Planning and Maintenance of Quality as per company standards.
• Implement and optimize operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage resources including manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Maintain all process and service equipment for reliable operation.
• Control further processing, delivery, or installation of machinery.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and good housekeeping.
• Develop maintenance schedules to improve equipment reliability.
• Foster continuous improvement through operational enhancements.
• Coordinate with QC, procurement, and marketing for seamless ops.
• Maintain records, MIS reports, and respond to internal auditor queries.
• Implement GMP, ISO guidelines.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets; monitor expenses.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance skills and performance.
